• StoryLand amusement park and Living Shores aquarium are practically walking distance. Mount Washington Valley Children's Museum is 10 minutes away and Santa's Villiage is under an hour.
• Skiing and snowboarding at Attitash, Cranmore, Black Mountain and Wildcat are all within 8-15 minutes. Bretton Woods and others are around 30 minutes.
• Rafting is abundant up and down the Saco River and swimming holes abound in the rivers and streams throughout the White Mountains.
• Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Jackson Ski Touring, Mount Washington Valley Ski Touring and Bear Notch Ski Touring are 4-13 mins from the house.
• Hiking trails are everywhere! Black Cap Trail, Diana's Bath, Echo Lake and many others are within 15 minutes. The Kancamagus Scenic Byway, which cuts through the White Mountain National Forest, and the largest mountain in the Northeastern United States, Mount Washtington, are under 30 minutes away.
